一、我们是谁

Osilearn（奥思）由摩星泰乐（北京）科技有限公司（下称“我们”）运营，注册地为北京市房山区。产品包括微信小程序“Osilearn”、机构管理网站（admin.osilearn.com）和官方网站（osilearn.com）。

你的孩子加入某一教育机构（下称“机构”）的班级后，该机构是孩子在该机构信息的个人信息处理者，我们受机构委托，按其指示处理这些信息并提供技术服务，不将其用于委托以外的目的。机构的名称和联系方式在小程序的《儿童个人信息保护规则》页面展示。

二、我们处理哪些信息

机构老师和管理员：

• 微信账号标识（openid）、你填写的姓名和可选的头像；
• 你在机构中的角色和权限；
• 你在小程序和管理网站中的操作记录（操作时间、操作类型、涉及对象的内部编号）；
• 登录管理网站时的浏览器类型、操作系统、经过遮盖的网络地址和登录时间；
• 你上传的课堂资料、板书照片、备课和课堂反馈的草稿，以及你与 AI 助手的对话。

家长：

• 微信账号标识（openid）、可选的微信昵称和头像；
• 你添加的孩子档案；
• 你同意《儿童个人信息保护规则》的时间和版本；
• 你提交的投诉与举报内容和可选的联系方式。

孩子（不满十四周岁的儿童）：

• 姓名或昵称、学习阶段、可选的头像、所在班级；
• 朗读练习：孩子的语音由微信同声传译服务转换为文字，我们保存识别出的文字、得分和练习时间，不保存录音；
• 练习、作业和任务的完成记录，积分、连续练习天数、需要再练的单词和题目；
• 老师给出的课堂评分和反馈；
• 使用 AI 老师或作业助理时，孩子输入的文字和拍摄的作业照片，以及 AI 的回复。

官方网站访客：

• 预约体验表单中你填写的称呼、手机号、可选的微信号和城市、孩子的年龄段和英语程度（家长）或机构名称（机构）、留言；仅用于联系你安排体验，不作其他用途，不提供给第三方；
• 网站记住你选择的语言（保存在你的浏览器中）。

除预约体验表单外，我们不收集手机号、身份证号、精确位置或支付账户信息。如你在投诉与举报中自愿填写联系方式，我们仅用于回复你。

三、我们为什么处理这些信息

• 提供服务：记录孩子的阅读练习，向家长和班级老师展示练习进度；帮助老师记录课堂、布置任务和批改。
• 保护账号和服务安全：核实身份、防止滥用、留存操作记录。
• 履行法律义务：对内容进行安全检测，按法律要求留存日志。
• 处理你的请求、投诉和举报。

处理的法律依据是：为向你提供服务所必需；取得你的同意（儿童信息须取得监护人同意；录音、拍照等敏感操作须单独同意）；履行法律规定的义务。

我们不会把你或孩子的信息用于广告推送，不会据此进行用户画像或自动化营销，也不会出售任何个人信息。

四、儿童个人信息的特别保护

添加孩子的用户须为该孩子的父母或其他监护人。孩子开始使用前，监护人须在小程序中阅读并同意《儿童个人信息保护规则》。规则变更时，我们会再次请监护人确认。

使用麦克风（朗读）、头像和照片前，微信会再次征求你的同意；不同意时，这些功能不能使用，其他功能不受影响。

孩子使用 AI 老师或作业助理前，须由监护人单独确认；监护人可随时在“我的”中关闭。

未经监护人在“我的班级”中开启，孩子的任何信息不会展示给其他家庭。

机构的老师只能查看本班学生；管理员的操作全部留痕。各机构的数据相互隔离。

不同意处理孩子的信息，则不能使用朗读练习和学习报告；孩子在机构的线下课程不受影响。

五、人工智能功能

以下功能由生成式人工智能生成内容：AI 老师、作业助理、老师的 AI 备课和课堂反馈草稿、每周学习小结。这些内容均标注“AI 生成”。

我们调用腾讯云 TokenHub 提供的第三方已备案大模型生成回复。模型名称和备案编号见《AI 功能说明》（本页面同一位置，小程序“我的 › 法律文件”中亦有）。

送往模型的内容：孩子输入的文字和作业照片（AI 老师、作业助理）；老师输入的文字、板书照片和课堂记录（备课、课堂反馈）。老师使用的 AI 助手在送往模型前，把学生姓名替换为“学生 1”等代号。

AI 老师和作业助理的对话与照片保存 180 天；班级老师可以查看；监护人可以随时删除。

AI 生成的内容可能有误，仅作学习参考，不替代老师的判断。每位孩子每日使用时长和每月使用次数有上限。

六、存储地点和期限

所有信息存储于腾讯云（中国境内，上海地区），不向境外传输。机构的课堂资料存储在私有存储空间，只能通过短期有效的签名链接读取。

存储期限：

• 孩子的档案和学习记录：保存至监护人删除孩子或删除账号。删除后立即从产品中清除；备份仅用于故障恢复，不作他用。
• AI 对话和作业照片：180 天。
• AI 调用日志和操作记录：6 至 12 个月。日志不含姓名、联系方式或对话内容，用户标识以哈希值记录。
• 投诉与举报记录：至少 6 个月。
• 机构终止合作后，其数据保留 30 天供其导出，然后删除；法律要求留存的账务记录除外。

七、信息的共享和委托处理

我们不向任何第三方出售或出租个人信息。以下服务方按我们的指示处理信息，我们与其签订协议并要求其采取安全措施：

• 腾讯云：数据存储、计算和文件存储。
• 腾讯云 TokenHub：大模型推理（第五条所述内容）。
• 微信：账号登录、语音转文字（同声传译）、内容安全检测、服务通知。

官方网站 osilearn.com 和机构管理网站 admin.osilearn.com 通过 Cloudflare 提供网络接入；网站上的 Osi 问答助手由 Cloudflare Workers AI 提供模型，仅回答关于产品的问题，请勿在其中输入个人信息。

除法律要求、保护你或他人的生命财产安全外，我们不向其他方提供个人信息。向机构提供的信息，限于该机构自己学生和老师的信息。

八、安全措施

• 按角色最小授权：老师只能查看本班学生，管理操作需要在手机上确认（指纹、面容或 PIN）。
• 各机构的数据在服务端相互隔离，每一次查询都限定在所属机构内。
• 管理员和平台的操作全部留痕，日志仅限授权人员访问。
• 传输全程加密（HTTPS）；文件存储为私有，链接短期有效。
• 用户输入和 AI 回复经过内容安全检测。

发生个人信息安全事件时，我们会按法律要求通知你和有关部门，并说明影响和补救措施。

九、你的权利

你可以在小程序中直接行使以下权利：

• 查看和更正：在“我的”中查看、修改你和孩子的信息。
• 删除孩子：删除该孩子及其全部记录。
• 删除账号：在“我的”中选择“删除账号和全部数据”，所有孩子的记录和你的资料会全部删除，无法恢复。
• 撤回同意：撤回对孩子信息的同意即视为删除请求。
• 关闭 AI 功能、关闭班级内的展示。

你也可以发送邮件至 [email protected]，要求查阅、复制、更正、删除个人信息，或说明处理规则。我们会在 15 个工作日内回复。

机构老师和管理员的账号由所属机构管理；离开机构后，你自己的数据会被删除，机构创建的班级、任务和操作记录保留在机构内。

十、投诉与举报

你可以在小程序“我的 › 投诉与举报”中提交投诉，我们会在 24 小时内回复，7 个工作日内处理完毕。

你也可以发送邮件至 [email protected]，向孩子所在机构或其儿童个人信息保护负责人提出，或向网信部门举报。

十一、本政策的更新

本政策更新时，我们会在产品内提示。涉及孩子信息处理规则的变更，会再次请监护人确认。

页首的版本日期即生效日期。

1. Who we are

Osilearn is operated by Moxing Taile (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"), registered in Fangshan District, Beijing. The product comprises the WeChat mini program "Osilearn", the school admin website (admin.osilearn.com) and the website (osilearn.com).

Once your child joins a class of an educational institution (a "school"), that school is the controller of the child's information held for that school. We process it on the school's instructions as its entrusted processor and provide the technical service; we never use it for any other purpose. The school's name and contact details are shown on the Children's Privacy Rules page in the mini program.

2. What we process

School teachers and administrators:

• your WeChat account identifier (openid), the name you enter and an optional avatar;
• your role and permissions in the school;
• your actions in the mini program and the admin website (time, type of action, internal ids of the objects concerned);
• when signing in to the admin website: browser type, operating system, a masked network address and the time;
• class materials, whiteboard photos, lesson-prep and feedback drafts you upload, and your conversations with the AI assistant.

Parents:

• your WeChat account identifier (openid), an optional WeChat nickname and avatar;
• the child profiles you add;
• the time and version of your consent to the Children's Privacy Rules;
• complaints and reports you submit, with optional contact details.

Children (under 14):

• name or nickname, learning stage, an optional avatar, the class;
• read-aloud practice: the child's speech is converted to text by WeChat's speech service; we keep the recognised text, score and time, never the recording;
• completion records of practice, homework and tasks; points, streaks, words and questions to practise again;
• the teacher's class scores and feedback;
• when the AI tutor or homework assistant is used: the text the child types, homework photos they take, and the AI replies.

Website visitors:

• what you enter in the trial-request form: how to address you, phone number, optional WeChat ID and city, the child's age band and English level (parents) or the school's name (schools), and a message; used only to contact you about a trial, for nothing else, and never passed to third parties;
• the website remembers the language you chose (stored in your browser).

Apart from the trial-request form, we do not collect phone numbers, ID numbers, precise location or payment account details. Contact details you choose to give in a complaint are used only to reply to you.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service: record the child's reading practice and show progress to parents and class teachers; help teachers record lessons, assign tasks and mark them.
• To keep accounts and the service safe: verify identity, prevent abuse, keep operation records.
• To meet legal duties: content safety checks and log retention required by law.
• To handle your requests, complaints and reports.

Legal bases: necessity for providing the service to you; your consent (a guardian's consent for a child's information; separate consent for sensitive operations such as recording and photos); compliance with legal obligations.

We never use your or your child's information for advertising, profiling or automated marketing, and we never sell personal information.

4. Special protection of children's information

Only a child's parent or other guardian may add that child. Before the child starts, the guardian reads and agrees to the Children's Privacy Rules in the mini program. When the rules change, we ask the guardian again.

Before the microphone (read-aloud), avatars or photos are used, WeChat asks for your consent again; without it those features are unavailable and the rest is unaffected.

Before a child uses the AI tutor or homework assistant, the guardian confirms separately; the guardian can switch it off at any time under 我的 (Me).

Nothing about a child is shown to other families unless the guardian switches it on in 我的班级 (My class).

A school's teachers see only their own classes; every administrator action is logged. Each school's data is isolated from every other school's.

If you decline the processing of your child's information, read-aloud practice and learning reports are unavailable; the child's offline lessons at the school are unaffected.

5. AI features

These features produce content with generative AI: the AI tutor, the homework assistant, teachers' AI lesson prep and feedback drafts, and the weekly learning summary. All such content is labelled "AI 生成" (AI generated).

Replies are generated by a third-party, officially filed large language model provided through Tencent Cloud TokenHub. The model name and filing number are set out in the AI Features notice (next to this document, and in the mini program under 我的 › legal documents).

Sent to the model: the text and homework photos a child enters (tutor, homework assistant); the text, whiteboard photos and lesson records a teacher enters (lesson prep, feedback). The teachers' AI assistant replaces student names with labels such as "Student 1" before anything reaches the model.

Tutor and homework-assistant conversations and photos are kept for 180 days; the class teacher can view them; the guardian can delete them at any time.

AI content may be wrong; it is a learning aid and never replaces the teacher's judgement. Each child's daily usage time and monthly number of uses are capped.

6. Where and how long we store it

Everything is stored on Tencent Cloud (mainland China, Shanghai region); nothing is transferred abroad. School materials live in private storage and can be read only through short-lived signed links.

Retention:

• A child's profile and learning records: until the guardian deletes the child or the account. Deletion takes effect immediately in the product; backups serve disaster recovery only.
• AI conversations and homework photos: 180 days.
• AI call logs and operation records: 6 to 12 months. Logs hold no names, contact details or conversation text; the user is recorded as a hash.
• Complaint and report records: at least 6 months.
• After a school ends its contract, its data is kept for 30 days for export and then deleted, except accounting records the law requires us to keep.

7. Sharing and entrusted processing

We never sell or rent personal information. The following providers process information on our instructions under agreements that require security measures:

• Tencent Cloud: data storage, computing and file storage.
• Tencent Cloud TokenHub: large-model inference (the content in section 5).
• WeChat: account sign-in, speech-to-text, content safety checks, service notifications.

The website osilearn.com and the admin website admin.osilearn.com are delivered through Cloudflare. The Osi helper on the website runs on a Cloudflare Workers AI model, answers only questions about the product, and should not be given personal information.

Beyond legal requirements and protecting the life or property of you or others, we disclose personal information to no one else. A school receives only the information of its own students and staff.

8. Security measures

• Least privilege by role: teachers see only their own classes; administrative actions need a confirmation on the phone (fingerprint, face or PIN).
• Each school's data is isolated on the server; every query is confined to its school.
• Administrator and platform actions are logged; logs are accessible to authorised staff only.
• All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS); file storage is private with short-lived links.
• User input and AI replies pass content safety checks.

In the event of a personal information security incident we notify you and the authorities as the law requires, with the impact and the remedies.

9. Your rights

You can exercise these rights directly in the mini program:

• View and correct: see and edit your and your child's information under 我的 (Me).
• Delete a child: removes that child and all of their records.
• Delete the account: choose 删除账号和全部数据 (Delete account and all data) under 我的; every child's records and your profile are deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Withdraw consent: withdrawing consent for a child's information counts as a deletion request.
• Switch off AI features and switch off class sharing.

You can also email [email protected] to access, copy, correct or delete personal information, or to ask how it is processed. We reply within 15 working days.

Teacher and administrator accounts are managed by their school. When you leave a school, your own data is deleted; the classes, tasks and operation records the school created stay with the school.

10. Complaints and reports

You can file a complaint under 我的 › 投诉与举报 (Me › Complaints and reports) in the mini program. We reply within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 working days.

You can also email [email protected], contact your child's school or its children's information protection officer, or report to the cyberspace authority.

11. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we notify you in the product. Changes to the rules for children's information are confirmed again by the guardian.

The version date at the top is the effective date.
