一、哪些功能使用人工智能

孩子和家长：

• AI 老师：围绕本课内容提问引导的对话；
• 作业助理：拍下作业后给出提示和复习计划。
• 两项功能均须监护人先行确认，监护人可随时关闭。

老师和管理员：

• AI 备课：按班级所读的书生成教案和阶段测评草稿；
• 课堂反馈：识别板书照片、整理要点、撰写给家长的反馈草稿；
• 每周学习小结；
• Osi 助手：回答关于本机构班级与教学的问题。

二、使用的模型

模型名称：DeepSeek（深度求索）大模型。

备案编号：Beijing-DeepseekChat-202404280016。

调用方式：通过腾讯云 TokenHub调用，模型由第三方提供并已完成生成式人工智能服务备案。

本服务自身的算法备案：审核中。

三、内容标识

所有由人工智能生成的内容均标注“AI 生成”。老师导出或发布给家长的 AI 草稿同样带有标注。

四、内容的性质

AI 生成的内容由模型根据输入自动生成，可能不准确、不完整或不适合你的孩子。它是学习辅助，不替代老师的判断。老师发布 AI 草稿前须核对。

AI 老师和作业助理只提问引导，不直接给出答案；检测到风险内容时会拒绝回复。

五、送往模型的内容

• AI 老师、作业助理：孩子输入的文字和拍摄的作业照片。发送前，孩子及其同学的姓名替换为“某同学”；账号标识和家长的联系方式不发送。
• AI 备课、课堂反馈、每周小结：老师输入的文字、板书照片和课堂记录。学生姓名替换为代号。
• Osi 助手：老师的提问和查询结果。学生姓名替换为“学生 1”等代号，不发送手机号等联系方式。

模型提供方按协议处理这些内容，不得用于委托以外的目的。

六、保留期限与使用上限

• AI 老师和作业助理的对话与照片保存 180 天；班级老师可以查看；监护人可随时删除。
• AI 调用日志保存6 至 12 个月；日志只记录时间、功能、结果和哈希化的用户标识，不含对话内容、姓名或联系方式。
• 每位孩子每日使用时长和每月使用次数有上限。

七、投诉与举报

对 AI 生成内容有疑问或投诉，可在小程序“我的 › 投诉与举报”中选择“AI 生成内容问题”提交，我们会在 24 小时内回复，7 个工作日内处理完毕；也可发送邮件至 [email protected]。

1. Which features use AI

Children and parents:

• AI tutor: a conversation that guides with questions about the current lesson;
• homework assistant: hints and a review plan from a photo of the homework.
• Both need the guardian's confirmation first; the guardian can switch them off at any time.

Teachers and administrators:

• AI lesson prep: lesson plans and stage-check drafts from the book the class is reading;
• lesson feedback: reading whiteboard photos, sorting key points, drafting feedback for parents;
• the weekly learning summary;
• the Osi assistant: answers about the school's own classes and teaching.

2. The model

Model: DeepSeek large language model (DeepSeek（深度求索）大模型).

Access: through Tencent Cloud TokenHub; the model is provided by a third party and has completed the generative AI service filing.

This service's own algorithm filing: under review.

3. Labelling

Everything produced by AI is labelled "AI 生成" (AI generated). AI drafts a teacher exports or publishes to parents carry the label too.

4. Nature of the content

AI content is generated automatically from the input and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your child. It is a learning aid and never replaces the teacher's judgement. Teachers check AI drafts before publishing them.

The AI tutor and homework assistant guide with questions and never give the answer; a reply is refused when risky content is detected.

5. What is sent to the model

• AI tutor, homework assistant: the text the child types and the homework photos they take. Before sending, the child's and classmates' names are replaced by "某同学" (a classmate); account identifiers and parents' contact details are never sent.
• Lesson prep, feedback, weekly summary: the text, whiteboard photos and lesson records the teacher enters. Student names are replaced by labels.
• Osi assistant: the teacher's question and the query results. Student names are replaced by labels such as "Student 1"; phone numbers and other contact details are not sent.

The model provider processes this content under an agreement and may not use it for any other purpose.

6. Retention and limits

• Tutor and homework-assistant conversations and photos are kept for 180 days; the class teacher can view them; the guardian can delete them at any time.
• AI call logs are kept for 6 to 12 months; a log records only the time, feature, result and a hashed user identifier, never the conversation, names or contact details.
• Each child's daily usage time and monthly number of uses are capped.

7. Complaints and reports

For questions or complaints about AI content, choose "AI 生成内容问题" (AI-generated content) under 我的 › 投诉与举报 (Me › Complaints and reports) in the mini program; we reply within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 working days. You can also email [email protected].
